The Florence Tourist Ecoprogram Buspass is the system that regulates tourist coaches entering, driving and parking in the city. Bookings are required and a fee has to be paid. Bus circulation within the ZTL requires payment of a fee that allows the release of a PERMIT. This permit must be perfectly legible and displayed on the vehicle.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the ZTL Bus (which differs from the ZTL Centro Storico) covers the entire area of the city centre of Florence and is active 0-24 every day of the year.
The request must be made to the Tourist Bus Office ABSOLUTELY no later than 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
Participation at Danzainfiera provides for the payment of discounted rate, using Permit R.
Permit R request must be submitted STRICTLY no later than 15/02/2020 to the Ufficio Bus Turistici (Tourist Coach office) by fax: +39 055.4040261 or by email to [email protected] by the sport/dance Association (on headed paper) with all association details (phone and fax number, fiscal code and/or vat registration number) needed to register payment receipt.
The request must contain:
•statement that the group is participating at Danzainfiera
•date of stay and rough times
•meeting and pickup site
•license plate number of vehicle doing transportation service
•front/back, readable copy of the vehicle registration certificate (in the form of an annex)
If a travel agency sends permit request, the agency must attach an engagement letter signed by participating association. Alternatively, charterer is asked to draft a substitutive declaration of affidavit (written by legal representative of travel agency on headed paper as indicated by D.P.R. 445/2000 with front/back valid identity card) attesting dates and hours of the service, licence plate/s of vehicle/s of the company. This declaration should contain also reference to the sport/dance Association involved at Danzainfiera.
Please note that Permit R will not be released at the counter, if appropriate request has not been properly submitted.
Responsible department will confirm submission, indicating permit fee to settle upon arrival. Permit R must be collected by Punti Sas in Florence (every day from 7:30 to 19:30) personally. Permit will be valid for entering and exiting the city, exclusively during pickup times (info about prices on www.serviziallastrada.it) inside ZTL Autobus section. Permit R includes also parking permit and i twill be possible to stop in authorized areas (list of authorized areas on www.serviziallastrada.it / Turistic Bus section).
