The Red Bull Dance Your Style Qualifier is scheduled for Saturday 25 February 2023 at the Cavaniglia Pavilion (Fortezza Da Basso) and is open to dancers from all over Italy who will compete in 1vs1 knockout battles. There will be two rounds to offer entertainment, but above all to impress the audience – the only judge of the competition – who will decide the winner by raising their voting cards (red or blue) in the air. No planned choreography or chosen music, it is a matter of living the moment and surprising the crowd, interpreting with one’s own style the musical base proposed by the DJ.

Internationally renowned dancer, teacher and choreographer Carlos Kamizele will host the event, while the music to which the competing dancers will perform will be selected by Deejay Akè, who has been involved in some of the most renowned international street dance events. The judges who will pre-select the dancers who will then compete are the experts Byron, Neji and Rada.

The four performers who will win the Florence Qualifier will go on to make up the shortlist of 16 dancers who will participate in the National Final of Red Bull Dance Your Style scheduled for 28 July 2023 in Rimini.
