The most important musical competition in Italy is in its 11th edition.
Since 2012 Professione Musical organizes, in partnership with Danzainfiera, Musical: Il Concorso, the international event dedicated to the dance and entertainment world.

Musical: Il Concorso is a contest focused on Musical repertoire of all ages – including unpublished works – and open to non-professional performers. The aim of this competition is to find new talented dancers and support their artistic growth.

The Jury is made up of the directors of the most renowned musical schools in Italy – and abroad – and of the major names of the musical scene. Among the partners of the last edition: Joffrey Ballet School, Urdang Academy London, The Bernstein School of Musical, Accademia Internazionale del Musical, MTS Musical! The School, Musical Weekend, Professione Musical Italia, Professione Danza Parma, Dreaming Academy, Scuola del Teatro Musicale, La Scuola del Musical, Accademia Il Sistina, Laboratorio Italiano del Musical, Eventi Danza Verona, New School.
