The class develops around the theme of touch and relationships, aiming to increase their awareness. The working methodology is based on the theories of movement elaborated by Rudolf Laban and his successors, which, combined with the basic principles of contemporary dance, offer the dancer cues, tools, and creative stimuli. The practice is structured as a path towards the creation of a choreographic composition, going through moments of guided improvisation and interaction with one’s own body, the general space, and the people sharing it with. In this way, the dancer has the opportunity to experience his body in movement in an authentic way, discovering its infinite possibilities.
Limited availability
You can only book the event online:
– part of the seats is available for booking from Feb. 1, from 9 a.m. until the day before the event, at a cost of 8 euros (entrance ticket to Dif is not included!)
– the other part is available only on the day of the event, free of charge, from 00.00 until one hour before the event.
